At Dshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Dshop account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.
Pack the Items
Place the product in its original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring it is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
